Earn Your Competent Leader™ (CL)designation with Contagious Conferences. We believe strongly in rewarding you for partaking in the Contagious Confidence Conferences. We also believe that you should get credit for your efforts, your knowledge, and your new found credibility and confidence. Thus, once you complete the FOURContagious Conferences and receive a satisfactory score on the final assessment*, you will receive your CL designation. CL stands for Competent Leader. This designation is one you can place behind your name on resumes, business documents, job applications and more. The CL shows that you have skills in the areas that a leader needs in order to be successful. Keep in mind that leaders are not merely corporate warriors. They are leaders of a household, leaders of a life (such as yours) and leaders of the voices in your head. Though if you are in a job interview, we might recommend you focus on the business attributes of the CL.

For example, having earned the CL will meant that you have completed six hours in instruction in the Foundational Contagious Confidence Conference, learning how to sell your ideas, negotiate, manage your own internal dialog and deal with daily stresses in a manner that they cease to cripple your performance. The CL behind your name will also mean that you have completed six hours of instruction on how to be more financially confident with the Contagious Confidence Conference – FinancialFocus. To employers this means that you don’t shy away from numbers, have a working knowledge of a budget and are comfortable managing your own finances with a clear direction on how to keep that which you have earned or invest it wisely. In addition, the CL shows that you have completed six hours of instruction from the Contagious Confidence Conference-Health and Fitness focus and that you are now equipped with the ability to call in sick less because you take care of yourself more. This also shows that you know how to set boundaries and will not burn out as easily. Finally, your CL indicates that you have had six more hours in communication and relationship building success instruction with the Contagious Confidence Conference – Relationship and Communicationfocus. Colleagues, future bosses, current managers and others will be pleased to know that you have learned how to communicate differently with different people and that you are less likely to  be at the center of a stress related blow up at the office. You will also be less likely to bring your personal problems to the office, as there simply won’t be that many communication based personal problems now for you to deal with.
